Flipping the hull. This delayed the whole project, trying to come up with safe means to flip the hull over and put it
on the trailer. It is so big and awkward, most methods were just not feasible. The one we came up with seemed to
work very well. We just lifted the hull in two slings. Then used the forklift to spin the hull in the slings. An
important thing to notice is that the slings are attached at the top through their eyes and cannot roll with the hull.
In rigging this way, the slings act as a brake. The bottom of the hull is much heavier and if there is no resistance
the hull can whip wildly, and be very hard to control.

Here we are flipping the hull in nine minutes. It's nice to have a neighbor with a 100 ton crane.

After we flipped it, we backed it in the shop and proceeded to burn out the strongback.
